About Me
CEO, LICENSED EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Kelsey Compton, Ed.S, LEP #4181
Hi, I’m Kelsey, a Licensed Educational Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families navigating autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other learning challenges. My passion lies in helping people understand themselves, their unique strengths, and the challenges they face.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with neurodivergent individuals and their families, providing assessments, consultations, and guidance tailored to their needs. I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming practices, ensuring that every client feels validated, understood, and empowered to thrive.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when things don’t make sense—whether it’s understanding your child’s behaviors, struggling to advocate for their needs in school, or seeking clarity about your own learning challenges. That’s why I’m committed to providing clear answers and actionable recommendations that give you the confidence to move forward.
My Approach
Every individual is unique, and I believe that assessments and consultations should reflect that. My approach is professional yet approachable, combining evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the diverse ways neurodivergence can present. Whether you’re seeking answers for yourself, your child, or on behalf of a school district, I’m here to provide clarity, compassion, and support.
Beyond the Office
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy living room dance parties with my kids and couch snuggles while watching TV. In my spare time (what little there is) I enjoy cooking, sewing, and reading mystery/suspense novels.
